Video: MP4, MOV or WebM, up to 200 MB. Images or PDF: up to 10 MB. One file per application. Keep this page open until your reference appears. Uploads are stored privately in the organiser’s Google Drive.

Before you apply

Places are limited and subject to selection. Selected media teams receive accreditation tags with VVIP access. Tag @chocparty in event posts. The organiser may request removal of posts and will request permission to reshare your content with creator credit. Application alone does not grant entry or accreditation.

Your information

The ChocBoy Brand uses your details and any uploaded portfolio to assess this application, plan ChocParty 2026 and contact you about it. Records are held on our website, with private review copies and uploads in Google Sheets and Drive. Access is restricted to the organiser and assigned reviewers. Do not upload material you do not have permission to share or include unnecessary sensitive information. Contact events@chocparty.com to request access, correction or deletion of your information.
