What does exclusivity cover?

Only one vendor will be approved for each listed slot. ChocParty will not knowingly approve another vendor whose primary offering falls within a purchased category. Incidental accompaniments do not create exclusivity unless stated. All products, menus, presentation, safety and event operations remain subject to approval.

Can I buy several slots and share a stand?

Yes. Compatible offers can be purchased together at their combined prices, without an automatic discount. They may share one stand subject to operational approval. Multiple categories do not automatically provide multiple stands. Food and non-food operations may require separate areas.

What is included in the fee?

The defined exclusive category and one standard vendor-space allocation unless otherwise stated. Additional space, heavy electricity, refrigeration, furniture, premium positioning, storage, passes and special branding are not automatically included. Your final allocation and any additional costs must be agreed separately.

Does a slot include sponsorship or corporate activation?

No. Category rights do not include sponsorship, title rights, mass branding, product launches or corporate activation. Phone accessories is reserved for an independent small business.
