Event information

This website shares ChocParty announcements and opportunities. Items described as estimates, proposals or awaiting confirmation are not guarantees. Historical photographs, performers and partner logos do not confirm participation in 2026.

Vendor bookings

Vendor purchases are governed by the published vendor agreement, category scopes and the terms accepted at checkout. Refer to that agreement for cancellation and refund arrangements.

Sponsorship proposals

The downloadable decks are proposals for discussion. Downloading a deck or sending an enquiry does not reserve rights or create a sponsorship booking. Final scope, pricing, exclusivity and deliverables require a signed agreement and must respect existing vendor commitments.

Tickets and participation

The official ticket route and admission terms will be announced separately. Vendor cancellation terms do not apply automatically to event tickets. Expressions of interest do not confirm volunteer roles, media accreditation, performance slots or entry.
