VENDOR PRIVACY NOTICE
Version 2026-09-16-v1: approved by the organiser for publication on 16 September 2026.
The ChocBoy Brand, Block A, Unit 5, Technology Incubation Center, Samonda, Ibadan, is responsible for the ChocParty vendor information described here. Contact events@chocparty.com with privacy questions or requests.
We collect your business and contact information, registration information, proposed products and retail prices, staff numbers, equipment and operating requirements, relevant regulatory information, order and payment references, and agreement acceptance. Please provide only the information relevant to your application; do not include card details, passwords or unnecessary sensitive personal information in free-text fields.
We use these details to assess applications, administer purchased categories, process payments and refunds, review menus, plan space and event operations, meet applicable legal obligations, resolve questions and communicate about your booking. Required application information is needed to assess and administer the booking. Optional marketing is based on your separate choice and can be withdrawn by contacting us; withdrawal does not affect necessary booking communications.
Authorised ChocParty personnel and service providers receive information needed for their roles. These include our website hosting provider Namecheap and payment processor Paystack. Payments are processed through The ChocBoy Brand's Paystack merchant business. Paystack handles payment credentials; our website retains payment references and status rather than your full card credentials. Providers may process data in locations outside Nigeria under their service arrangements and applicable safeguards.
We retain application, order and accepted-agreement records for as long as needed to administer the event, handle refunds and disputes, and meet applicable record-keeping obligations. Records that are no longer needed should be deleted or anonymised. Access is restricted, and historical agreement evidence is preserved without silently replacing accepted wording.
You may contact us to request access, correction or deletion, or raise an objection or privacy concern, subject to applicable law and necessary contractual or legal record retention. You may also raise a complaint with the Nigeria Data Protection Commission. The website uses necessary session cookies to maintain your selection and checkout. Marketplace interaction events exclude your names, contact details, menus and other sensitive form content.
This notice does not give blanket permission to use personal photographs, staff images or a business logo for publicity. Any additional permission will be requested separately.
